ft95 account registration is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 21 years of age and above. You will need an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and accurate personal information matching your MyKad or passport. ft95 does not allow registration by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances – this is a non-negotiable policy. Every applicant goes through an age verification process during registration.

The ft95 registration process takes less than 2 minutes. Just two steps to complete: (1) basic personal details – full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth; (2) create a username and password, then select a bonus package. Once you submit the form, a verification email will be sent to you. Click the link in that email and your account will be activated immediately. If the verification email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one ft95 account only. Registering multiple accounts using different details is a serious violation of ft95's Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including winnings. Your ft95 username is permanent and cannot be changed after registration. This is an important security measure to protect the integrity of your account. So choose a username you're comfortable using long-term when signing up. Other details such as your email address, phone number, and password can be updated in Account Settings after logging in.

For registration and basic gameplay, no documents are required. Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) may be required in certain situations: withdrawals exceeding a specified amount, activity that requires additional verification, or randomly in accordance with ft95's security policy. There are several reasons why a withdrawal request may be declined or delayed at ft95: (1) Identity verification is incomplete – submit a copy of your MyKad via account settings. (2) Bonus rollover requirements have not been met – bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is completed. (3) The bank account or e-wallet registered does not match the name on the ft95 account. (4) The daily withdrawal limit has been reached. As a general policy, ft95 encourages withdrawals through the same method used for your deposit — a security measure to prevent money laundering. All withdrawals must be made to an account registered under the same name as the ft95 account holder.

Bonus & Promotions

Rollover is a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM200 bonus with an 8x rollover, you must place a total of RM200 × 8 = RM1,600 before the bonus can be withdrawn as cash. ft95's rollover requirement is among the lowest in the industry – just 8x for the Starter and Standard Packages, and 10x for the VIP Package. Bonus validity depends on the package selected: Starter and Standard Packages has a 30-day validity period from the date the bonus is credited. VIP Package has a validity period of 45 days. If the rollover requirements are not met within that period, any unqualified bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. Your original cash (deposit amount) is not affected – only the bonus balance is forfeited.
